REQUIREMENTS FOR HAJJ
1.
Original passport valid for at least 6 months from
travelling date (with enough blank pages for visa).
2. For Non- American citizens, if applicable,
clear copies of your green card – front & back.
3. 4 Recent passport-size photos - White
background with your name signature on the back of the
photos.
4. Visa Application please fill-out in INK,
one application per person & SIGNED.
5. Original vaccination certificate for
Meningitis vaccine.
6. If you are not carrying a Moslem name, a
certificate from the Imam of your mosques indicating that
you are a Moslem is required.
7. Husband and wife holding different last
names, a copy of the marriage certificate is
required.
8.
Deposit of
$1500 per person.
Father and children holding different
last names, a copy of the birth certificate is required.
Children traveling with the father without their mother or
vice versa, requires a NOTARIZED permission letter from the
parent that’s not traveling with a photo copy of his/her
passport and driver license. For Ladies Traveling for Hajj
1 - Women traveling alone (must be over 45 years)
without husband, brother or adolescent son, require a
NOTARIZED permission letter from the husband, brother,
or adolescent son, indicating that he has no objection and
permits her to travel for (Hajj/Umrah) with LABBAIKA travel
group.
Terms & Regulations
1. We should receive full payment, along with the
above documents upon receipt of our Hajj quotation.
